摘要
本文就变速切削过程中电机电流的变化特征进行了较为系统的研究。理论分析和试验结果表明,采用变速切削加工时,电机瞬时电流确有一定程度的波动,但不影响机床电机的正常使用;在变速参数中影响电机瞬时电流波动最为显著的因素依次为变速波形、变速幅度和变速频率。
The varying characteristics of motor current in vari-speed cutting are discussed in this paper. The theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate that the motor current has some fluctuation in vari-speed cutting process, but it is almost no effect on normal operation of machine tool. The significant factors which exert an influence on instantaneous fluctuation of motor current are in sequence :
Vari-speed wave form, vari-speed amplitude and vari-speed frequency.
