沸石基纳米非晶软磁材料的制备及其磁性 被引量:1

Preparation and Magnetism of Nanometer Noncrystal Soft Magnetic Materials Based on Zeolites

摘要 首次以分步水热合成封装法于孔径为0.56nm的沸石分子筛ZSM-5的孔道中成功地封装了强磁性材料SmCo5和铁氧体Fe3O4,并能圆满地测出了它们的磁滞回线及磁学参数:饱和磁化强度,剩余磁化强度和矫顽力Hc.实验表明:块材Fe3O4的矫顽力为102Oe,封装后变小为14Oe;块材SmCo5的矫顽力为702Oe,封装后能变小为69Oe,即由体相强磁性材料变为纳米非晶软磁材料,这是纳米粒子的小尺寸效应和量子尺寸效应所致.并由XRD,IR,吸附测定及磁滞回线得到了表征. By using stepwise hydrothermal synthesis methods,Magnetic materials F_3O_4 and SmCo_5 are successfully assembled into the pores of zeolites ZSM-5,whose aperture is 0.56 nm.Furthermore,their magnetic hysteresis loops and magnetism parameter σ_s,σ_r,Hc have been determined satisfactorily. After being assembled, the coercivity Hc of block crystal Fe_3O_4 was reduced from 102 Oe to 14 Oe while that of block crystal SmCo_5 is reduced from 702 Oe to 69 Oe.It is shown that the nanometer noncrystal soft magnetic materials are formed.It was caused by the quantum size effect of the nanometer particle. The fact that magnetic materials Fe_3O_4 and SmCo_5 are assembled into the pores of the zeolites has been characterized by XRD,IR and magnetic hysteresis loops.
