摘要
入世两年来,原先人们担心的各种入世冲击,在贵州民营企业身上似乎并没有表现得那么充分,一切似乎都在平稳地进行着。然而,可以预见在剩下的3年入世过渡期内,各种冲击必将逐渐显现,这仍然是贵州民营企业发展道路上难以跨越的鸿沟。为了加快贵州民营企业的发展,增强其应对入世机遇与挑战的能力,应该认真分析制约贵州民营企业发展的种种外部障碍,才能对其今后的发展有所助益。
Two years after China has entered WTO, there is no clear impact from it on the private enterprises in Guizhou as people worried greatly before. Everything seems to go ahead steadily. However, it can be predicted that in the next three years which is left for the transition period, various kinds of impact will become clear step by step. This is the great gap that is hard to narrow down in the process of development of the private enterprises in Guizhou. To speed up their development and to enhance the power for the opportunities to enter WTO and the challenge it will meet, the present paper analyzes various kinds of the exterior obstacles for the development of its private enterprises, with the expectation that it will be better for its future development.
