摘要
本文综述了以Ho^(3-)、Tm(3+)为激活离子的2μm波段固体激光材料的发展,介绍了Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG,Cr,Ho:YAG和Tm:YAG等主要材料的激光特性和晶体生长方法,讨论了敏化作用和稀土离子宽带调谐激光原理。
The development of solid stale laser materials in the 2μm spectral range has been reviewed in this paper. The laser characteristics and crystal growth of 2μm materials are introduced The mechanism of sensitization and the theory of broadly tunable laser emission are discussed.
