摘要
胸腰椎爆裂性骨折是临床上常见的严重创伤,其严重后果是脊髓神经组织的损伤。近10年来, 对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折引起脊髓损伤的机制研究更加深入,对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折与脊髓损伤的关系有了进一 步认识。本文就这些方面的实验和临床研究现状及进展作一综述。
Thoracoiumbar burst fracture is a serious trauma and may lead to severe aftermath or spinal cord injury. In the past 10 years, the research on the mechanism of spinal cord injury caused by the thoracolumbar burst fracture and its relationship has obtained much progress. This review gave a summary of progress of the experimental and clinical research about the relation between thoracolumbar burst fracture and spinal cord injury.
