摘要
本文给出了直动从动件盘形凸轮最小基圆半径δ_0和偏距e的直接求解式。对于常用的各种运动规律以给定条件;行程h、凸轮转角δ_0和最大压力角α_m等值,直接代入公式中可很方便的计算出合理的最小基圆半径值和偏距值。在工作中使用是很方便的。
In this paper formulas for direct solution of minimum base circle radius r_0 and offsete of plate cam with translating follower are given. For various commonly used motion rules by substituting give conditions such as travel distance h,rotary angle δ_0 of cam and maximum pressure angle α into the formulas it is quite convenient to find out the reasonable radius of minimum base circle and the value of offset. It is very easy to operate in work.
