胰岛素泵持续输注诺和锐强化治疗2型糖尿病继发性磺脲类药物失效的临床疗效 被引量：1

摘要 目的　了解胰岛素泵持续输注诺和锐强化治疗 2型糖尿病继发性磺脲类药物失效的临床疗效。方法　将观察病例随机分为 2组 ,对照组 6 0例予MSⅡ治疗 ,观察组 6 0例予CSⅡ治疗 ,治疗 2个疗程。结果　观察组治疗后血糖 (三餐前、餐后 2h、凌晨 3:0 0血糖 )、HbA1c、LDL -C、TC、TG、BUA均下降 ,及HDL -C上升 ,C肽释放试验曲线明显改善 ,疗效明显优于对照组 ,其差异均有显著 (或非常显著 )性。结论　胰岛素泵持续输注诺和锐强化治疗 2型糖尿病继发性磺脲类药物失效的临床疗效较好 ,明显优于MSⅡ组。
