摘要
分析了棒形支柱瓷绝缘子伞背开裂的缺陷,探讨了缺陷产生的原因,指出这种缺陷的产生主要是刀刃磨损产生了负后角,使坯件制造过程中施加了不均匀负荷,车间湿度控制不当所致。采取了修正修坯刀和烘房相对湿度控制在75%等措施后,取得了一定效果。
The cause of crazing on shed top of solid-core post insulator is approached.It is revealed that the cause of such defect is attributed to obtuse angle at the edge of cutting knife due to wear which leads to imposing an uneven stress at blank turning and unsuitable humidity in drying.Certain success has been achieved by amending cutting knife and enhancing relative humidity above 75% in dryer.
