摘要
目的:观察米非司酮治疗左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植后阴道异常出血的疗效,探索其可行性。方法:将在本站就诊的皮下埋植后阴道异常出血者随机分成两组。观察组40例,于出血第3天晚及第4天早分别空腹疆服米非司酮(25mg),对照组40例,于出血第5天开始服炔雌醇0.03mg,1天1次,连服20天。共治疗3个周期,停药后继续观察3个月。结果:服药参照期内观察组和对照组的出血/滴血天数、出血/滴血个数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。停药后参照期,观察组的出血/滴血天数、出血滴血个数均少于对照组及服药前,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。本组未发现服用米非司酮影响皮下埋植避孕剂的避孕效果,且疗效自我评价满意率观察组明显高于对照组。结论:米非司酮治疗皮下埋植后阴道异常出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of mifepris-tone on treating abnormal vagina bleeding after Norplant implant. Methods: The women with abnormal vagina bleeding after Norplant implant were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. 40 of women in the observation group took 25mg mifepristone on an empty stomach on the third night and on the fourth morning after vagina bleeding. 40 of ones in the control group started to take 0.03 mg EE at the fifth day after bleeding, once a day for 20 days. Results; There was no significant difference in duration of hemorrhage and drops of bleeding between two groups during medical treatment ( P > 0.05). The number of hemorrhage days and drops of bleeding during stopping taking medicine in the observation group were less than that in the control group, and there was significant difference (P <0.01). Mifepristone had no noxious side effects in treating abnormal vagina bleeding, and it is convenient to take orally. Conclusion; Mifepristone is higher effective medicine to treat abnormal vagina bleeding after Norplant implant and is recommended in clinics.
