摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下圆韧带悬吊术治疗输卵管结扎术后盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效。方法:应用腹腔镜下圆韧带悬吊术治疗21例盆腔瘀血综合征,术后1个月随访,了解患者症状缓解情况。结果:全部病例术后症状均有不同程度的改善,治愈率71.4％(15/21),好转率19.1％(4/21),总有效率90.5％(19/21)。结论:腹腔镜下圆韧带悬吊术方法简单、手术成功率高,是治疗盆腔瘀血综合征的一种有效治疗方法。
Objective: To observe clinic effects of round ligament ventrosuspension by Laparoscopy on treating pelvic congestion syndrome after tubal ligation. Methods: 21 cases of patients with pelvic venous congestion syndrome were tre- ated round ligament ventrosuspension by laparoscopy. Follow-up was started from the second month after operation. Results; Symptoms of all patients were ameliorated in various degrees after operation. The cure rate of the cases was 71.4% (15/21) , and the rate of improvement was 19.1 % (4/21) , and total effectiveness rate was 90.5% (19/21). Conclusions: Round ligament ventrosuspension by kparoscopy is a simple, high effective way of treating pelvic venous congestion syndrome after tubal
sterilization.
