摘要
韩国乙支大学医院是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的综合医院。护理管理特色体现在实行目标管理;目标明确、计划严谨、系统的护理继续教育;客观、全面的护理质量评价和个人业务能力评价;实行人性化护理。从而促进了临床护理、教学、科研的发展,提升了患者的满意度。
Eulji University Hospital in Korea is a comprehensive hospital with high quality of medical treatment,education and research.It has its own features in nursing management,such as performing objective management,systemic nursing continuing education with definite objectives and precise projects,objective and comprehensive nursing quality evaluation and individual performance appraisal,performing humanism nursing,etc,which promote the development of clinical nursing,teaching and research and improve patients’ satisfaction.
