摘要
用科学发展观推进政治工作的创新发展,要坚持把思想政治建设摆在军队各项建设的首位与围绕军队现代化建设这个中心开展工作的有机统一,为中国特色军事变革提供政治保证和精神动力;坚持推进部队全面建设与促进官兵全面发展的有机统一,为中国特色军事变革提供坚实基础和人才支持;坚持勇于改革创新与依法开展和指导政治工作的有机统一,为中国特色军事变革提供法律服务和法治示范。
With scientific development conception to advance the innovation and development of political work, we should persist in unification of giving priority to construction of political work with working for modernization, providing political guarantee and spiritual prop for RMA with Chinese characteristics, persist in unification of advancing army construction with officers and men's development in an all-round way, providing sound foundation and talent supporting for RMA with Chinese characteristics, persist in unification of having the courage to reform and innovate with developing and directing political work in accordance with the law, providing law service and demonstration of ruling by law.
