摘要
在实验室中.采用溶胶一凝胶法,在比较低的温度下。合成出Li Gd_(0.958)SiO_4:0.035Eu^(3+),0.007Bi^(3+)发光体。利用红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射谱、热重及差热分析、激发光谱和发光光谱,研究了由凝胶至发光晶体的转变过程,讨论了Eu^(3+)、Bi^(3+)在稀土硅酸盐中的发光行为。
The luminophor LiGdSiO_4: Eu^(3+), Bi^(3+)is synthesized by sol—gel method in our laboratory. The reactants are Eu_2O_3, Gd_2O_3, Bi_2O_3. Li: CO_3 and Si(OC_2H_5)_4. The reaction temperature of sol—gel method is lower than thar of slolid state reaction. The optimum chemical compsition of the luminophor is LiGd_(0.958)SiO_4: 0.035Eu^(3+), 0.007Bi^(3+). The transfer process from the gel to crystalline was investigated by TG—DTA, XRD, and IR methods. According to the intensity ratio of ~5D_0—~7F_1 to ~5D_0—~7F_2 transitions, it is known that the Eu^(3+) ions localize at nonsymmetrical sites in the host lattice. The luminescent properties of the samples and the energy transfer from Bi^(3+) to Eu^(3+) were discussed according to the emission and excitation spectra of the luminophors.
