摘要
本文报道由D-甘露醇和L-抗坏血酸为手性源,通过D(+)-和L(-)-甘油醛分别合成白三烯B_4中1-C～6-C片断5-(S)-苯甲酰氧基-6-氧代-己酸乙酯及11-C～20-C片断2-(R)-叔丁基-二苯基硅氧基-癸-4-(z)-烯醛的新合成方法.
A new synthesis of the 1-C～6-C fragment ethyl 5S-(benzoyloxy)-6-OXO-hexanoate and the 11-C～20-C fragment 2R-(tert-butyldiphenylailoxy)dec-4(z)-enal of LTB_4 utilizing D-mannitol and L-ascorbic acid as the chiral pool is described respectively. The stereoselective addition reaction of the chiral 2, 3-0-isopropylidene-glyceraldehyde with propargyl bromide in presence of zinc powder is a key step.
