摘要
采用“絮凝—沉淀—灰滤”相结合的方法,处理铁法市三家子造纸厂再生浆造纸废水,处理后水质达到造纸用水质量要求,全部回用于生产,实现生产用水闭路循环.根据一年多的运行实践,采用该方法处理再生浆造纸废水,投资仅为气浮法的1/3左右,运行成本为0.08元/t,废水处理后全部回用不会影响产品质量.该方法对于保护环境和发展缺水地区造纸生产有较大的实用价值.
By means of the combination of flocculation settling and coal cinder filter,Sanjiazi paper mill treats its papermaking wastewater regenerate pulp.The water having been disposed can be reused as production water and the quality of the cycle water can meet the water standard of papermaking. Closed circulation of water supply in papermaking can be carried out.Accor- ding to more than a year's practice the technology has the following advant- ages.1.saving investment,the investment of the disposal system is only one third of the air floatation process;2.disposing cost is 0.08 yuan per ton wastewater;3.Though all disposed wastewater is reused,the product quality is the same.The technology is of great practical value to protecting environ- ment and expanding paper production in lacking water region.
