摘要
本文介绍了用固态离子交换法,即在水蒸汽存在时,于适当气氛下焙烧MoO_3和SAPO-5分子筛的机械混合物,将Mo引入SAPO-5内部的方法。对产物进行的XRD、XPS、FT-IR及反离子交换等研究表明。以H_2、N_2为主要气氛时,Mo以钼氧离子形式被引入SAPO-5中。
Mo was introduced into SAPO-5 by solid state ion exchange method, i.e. by heating the mixture of MoO_3 and SAPO-5 in the atmosphere of N_2 or H_2 containing water vapor. XRD, XPS, FT-IR and back ion exchange study were enganged in the related detection and charaterization. Ion exchange occurs between molybdenyl cations and B acid stes of SAPO-5. The ion exchange speed depends on the atmosphere used.
