CS-ACR-Ⅱ硬质PVC冲击改性剂的研制

摘要 本文采用种子乳液聚合技术,合成了一种新型的硬质PVC冲击改性剂CS-ACR-Ⅱ。借助于透射电子显微镜和动态粘弹谱仪,观察了CS-ACR-Ⅱ乳胶粒的形态结构。研究了CS-ACR-Ⅱ的添加量及其合成参数对硬质冲击性能的影响,并把此改性剂与国内外同类产品进行了性能比较。结果表明,用A-11作为交联剂制备的CS-ACR-Ⅱ,其对硬质PVC的改性效果已超过国产的ACR-AL-Ⅱ,并接近美国的KM-323B。 A new acrylic imact modifier (cs-ACR-Ⅱ) for R-PVC was synthesized by seed-emulsion polymerization technique. The later particle morphology of CS-ACR-Ⅱ was characterized by Transmission Electron Microsope (TEM) and Viseolosticometer. The effects of adding amount of cs-ACR-Ⅱ and its synthetic parameter on R-PVC impactstrength were studied. Compared with the properties of internal and external similar protracts, the performances of CS-ACR-Ⅱ have exceeded that of domestic ACR-AL-Ⅱ and have been close to that of American KM-323B when A-11 is employed as crosslinking agent of CS-ACR-Ⅱ
