摘要
本文研究了从低品位辉钼矿(MoS_2 2.1%)加压氧化碱浸提取钼(Ⅵ)酸离子.考察了温度、初始氧压和NaOH浓度对Mo浸取率的影响.实验结果表明,在NaOH浓度为0.2—0.6mol.dm^3、反应温度150~200℃、初始氧压5MPa的条件下,可以选择性地只浸取钼.
The oxidation alkaline leaching of molybdenum (Ⅵ) acid ion from low-grade molybdenite ore (MoS_2 2.1%) under pressure conditions was investigated. The effects of leaching temperature, initial oxygen pressure and concentration of NaOH on the percentage exraction of molybdenum were examined. The experimental results show that the selected leaching of molybdenum can be achieved under the conditions of NaOH concentration of 0.2-0.6M, leaching temperature of 150-200 ℃ and initial oxygen pressure of 5MPa.
