脉矿金红石矿石宽级别重选工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 山西省代县脉矿金红石重选试验,用了螺旋选矿机,经磨矿机处理的金红石矿石,-200目含量为43.20%细粒物料;不分级或宽级别入选,能抛弃产率为54%的尾矿,其粗精矿作为摇床的给矿。再将金红石精矿进行磁选。用此简单的重选工艺流程,能取得金红石精矿TiO_2品位为95.28%,回收率76.93%的理想技术指标。给粗粒嵌布的金红石脉矿和金红石砂矿。开辟一条新的选矿途径。 Gravity concentration test is carried out on the vein rutile ores from Daicounty,Shanxi,hy using screw concentrator.After grounded,the fine-grainedmaterials of 43.20%-200 mesh are prepared to be beneficiated,wide classifiedly or unclassifiedly,yielding 54% rejects and 46% coarse-grained concentrates.Thelatter,as feed materials into table eoncentrator,is magnetically separated,finallyobtaining rutile cancentrate with a grade of 95.28% and a recovery of 76.93%,arelatively ideal concentration target.Perhaps this concentration techneque can openup the new way to dress complicatedly embeding vein rutile ores and stream rutileores.
