Research Progress of CD40CD40L in Atherosclerosis and Acute Coronary Syndrome
摘要
近年研究表明冠心病是免疫参与的慢性炎症反应。免疫介质CD40及其配体广泛存在于T、B淋巴细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、单核 /巨噬细胞、血小板及上皮细胞表面 ,二者相互作用可诱导上述细胞产生许多致炎因子 ,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展及转归。阻断CD40 CD40L的相互作用可以抑制动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的发生与发展 ,为防治动脉粥样硬化和急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)提供新的治疗手段。
