铝单晶中单根位错线滑移过程的计算机模拟

摘要 采用 Von Neumann抽样方法,对面心立方点阵铝单晶中的位错,在四个{1 1 1}滑移面上三个<110>滑移方向上的滑移过程进行了计算机模拟.所得结果与实测数据符合较好.同时,通过对稳定态单根位错线上的角度进行计算机模拟,得到了抽样方法与曲率半径无关的结论, The plastic deformation of a crystal is in general accomplished through the glide of dislocation. The glide of a single dislocation in a field of randomly distributed particle point obstacles is essentially determined by the properties of the most stable configuration. A stable dislocation configuration can be viewed as a chain of stable segments connecting the array of particle point obstacles. The procedure for constructing a stable chain across the obstacle array bears a strong formal resemblance to the classical branching process in the probability theory. By using Von Neumann' s statistical sampling method, the computer simulation of a single dislocation line gliding four {111} slip planes and three<110> slip directions in Al-single crystal was performed. The results coincide quite well with the experimental data. The results also indicate that the sampling of the angle along a dislocation of stable configuration is independent of the radius of curvature R*.
