摘要
基于静态磁场中的等效磁荷的观点,用等效点磁荷模型推导了钢丝绳断丝缺陷漏磁场数学模型.在平行丝钢丝绳模拟实验的基础上,讨论了影响断丝漏磁场检测信号的影响因素.
Based on the concept of equivalent magnetic charge in the magnetostatic field,a mathematical model for the magnetic leakage field due to broken wires in a wire rope is developed. Experimental results from a sample rope with parallel wires show that the model is correct. After an analysis of some factors affecting the leakage field,it is found that the field density decreases in theory with R4,R being the distance between the sensor and broken wires,and the peak-to-peak value of the field density tends to remain constant when the gap width of the fracture in the broken wires reaches a certain limit.
