摘要
介绍自行研制的高温超导电缆低温系统的实时监控系统。该系统包括温度测量、压力测量、流量测量、液位测量 4部分。该系统基于计算机和MCGS组态软件 ,具有操作简便、运行可靠、采集高效精确等优点 ,并通过与高温超导电缆的通电实验。结果表明 ,这套数据实时监控系统能满足高温超导电缆低温系统的各项参数的测量要求。该监控系统的成功研制 ,为类似的超导低温工程项目中数据的采集和控制提供了参考。
A data real-time monitoring system for the cryogenic system to cool the high-t emperature superconducting (HTS) power transmission cable is presented. It consi sts of four parts, which are temperature measure, pressure measure, flowrate mea sure and level measure. Because this system is based on computer and MCGS (Monit or and Control Generated System), it has such advantages as operation simplicity , running reliability, data acquisition precision and high efficiency. It could well satisfy the data real-time monitoring system requirement for the cryogenic system. At the same time,the instance of the data acquisition and control in th e field of the cryogenic engineering is given by the veal-time monitoring syste m.
