摘要
讨论了次生灾害的特征和成因,论述了综合地研究灾害系统的重要性和必要性,简要记述了开展次生灾害研究的方法。
In this article, we discuss the charwter and cause of the secondary catastrophe and expound the synthetic research of importance and necessity of catastrophic system meanwhile narrate in brief the method of studying the secondary catastrophe.
