摘要 基于桥式电阻检测电路,在不需要提供基准电压的情况下,介绍了采用反向补偿电压实现双积分A/D转换的原理,提出了先反补后常规、先常规后反补两种实现方法。讨论了反向电压的产生,补偿电阻的作用,补偿电阻与补偿电压的关系。通过试验测试,并与常规双积分A/D转换进行比较和误差分析,证实该原理和方法是可行的。 Based on a resistor bridge detection circuit, the principle is presented to implement dual integral A/D conversion by reverse voltage compensation without the need of reference voltage. Two methods are proposed. One is reverse voltage compensation before the regular means, the other is the opposite. The form of the reverse voltage and the action of compensation resistors are stated together with the correlation between compensation resistors and compensation voltage. Through experimenting, compared to the regular dual integral A/D conversion and error analyzing, it is proved that the principle and methods are available.
