摘要
介绍了一化工燃料贮罐容积标校系统软、硬件设计原理和数据处理方法,对标校系统的各种误差成分进行了分析,并运用实际任务中的数据对贮罐标校系统的成果进行了精度验证,结果表明该系统可以提供比较精确的加注量参数。该设计方法可以推广应用于各种大型异形容器的"液位———容积"的精确标定。
The method of the software,hardware design and data processing of the chemical fuel tank cubage calibration system are introduced,all the error elements of this system are analyzed.Using the data of practical pumping process to verify the precision of this system,the result shows that it can provide high precise data of pumping flow. This method can be applied in the area of 'liquid level——cubage' precise calibration of all kinds of big erose tank.
