摘要
梁启超的法治政府思想则是其宪政思想中的一个光耀的亮点 ,建立像近代西方国家那样的宪政制度 ,是梁启超的法治政府思想的核心目标之一 ,他对封建专制政治恶政府的认识和批判、对近代法治政府的构想和追求 ,对当代法治政府建设亦有相当之借鉴意义。
