医院文化建设是当今医院管理的长期战略 ,也是提高医院服务水平的重要手段。泰州市人民医院十分重视医院文化素养的提高 ,从教育和制度两方面入手 ,加强医院文化建设 ,促进了医院的发展。
Cultural construction in hospitals is a long-term strategy in the modern hospital management,and it is also an important means to improve medical service.Taizhou People's Hospital paid more attention to the improvement of the quality of hospital culture and enhanced its construction from the two aspects,political education and strict regulations,to promote the development of hospital.
