摘要
本文论述增压柴油机在外载荷突变时,喷油调速系统、缸内工作过程、排气管系统、涡轮增压器、测功器载荷之间的相互匹配,提出了相应的模拟计算程序。阐述在加速过程中燃油喷射量、缸内燃油热能转换效率、及其随过量空气系数的变化,调速器行程诸参数的确定方法。为检验计算模型的可靠性,特对一台中速增压柴油机进行了加速过程的计算与试验,结果表明,两者吻合。本计算与试验方法可用以研究增压柴油机在外载荷突变时的不稳定运转过程与优化改善增压柴油机加速过程的方法。
This paper deals with the mutual matching among the injection-
governing system, working process in cylinder, exhaust pipe system, turbo-charger
and dynamometer reading at rapidly alternating loading of a turbo-charged diesel
engine. During the acceleration process, the determination of injection fueling, effi-
ciency for fuel-energy transfer in cylinder and the governor running parameters varied
by the air-fuel ratio are studied. For examining the reliability of computer model,
calculations and tests for accelerating process of a medium speed turbo-charged DI
engine are carried out. The results show a good approximant between them. This
calculation and test method can be used to study the unstable running process of trubo-
charged DI engine at a rapidly alternating loading.
