圆弧针齿行星传动机构的运动误差分析

摘要 圆弧针齿行星传动是在长幅摆线针齿行星传动的基础上发展起来的一种新型传动形式。目前国内某些厂家已在推广使用。本文分析了由圆弧齿、针齿传动链所引起的圆弧针齿行星传动机构的运动误差,即传动误差和回程误差。对于实际设计人员和工艺人员可资参考。对于文中提及的输出机构——W 机构的运动误差分析,可详见[3]。 The planetary transmission consisting of the Circular arc gears and the pin gear is a kind of up- to-datedriving form,which has been developed and formed on the basis of that consis- ting of the extended-cycloid gears and the pin gear.This new type of transmission is being used and extended in some factories at present. This paper analyzes the kinematic errors of the planetary transmission mechanisms consisting of the circular arc gears and the pin gear which are led to by transmission chains formed by cir- cular arc teeth and pin ones,i.e.the transmis- sion errors and the return errors.This paper gives a reference to practical designers and tech- nicians. The contents about kinematic error analysis of the output mechanism (W mechanism) are dealt with in detail in Reference (3).
