摘要
目的 调查分析非毒物性合资企业工作人员口腔卫生与牙周病的关系。方法 某开发区非毒物性合资企业工人和办公室人员 45 2人。其中生产工人 2 43人 ,办公室人员 2 0 9人 ,调查他们的口腔卫生状况、吸烟状况和牙周病状况 ,并对资料进行分析。结果 企业工人组的口腔卫生状况较办公室人员组差 ,牙周病的患病率明显高于办公室人员组 (P <0 0 1) ,吸烟者患牙周炎的检出率为 3 1 3 3 % ,明显高于非吸烟者患牙周炎的检出率 7 69% (P <0 0 1)。结论 企业工人对口腔保健不够重视 ,牙周病的患病率增高 。
Objective To survey the relation between oral hygiene and the periodontal disease without toxicant exposure in a joint venture corporation.Methods The status of oral hygiene, smoking and periodontium in 452 persons including 243 workers and 209 clerks were surveyed, and the information were analysesed.Results The status of oral hygiene was worse in workers than that in clerks. The rate of periodontal disease in workers was significantly higher than that in clerks( P< 0 01). The rate of periodontal disease in the smoking people was 31.33%, which was obviously higher than that in the non smoking people who showed that rate of 7 69%( P <0 01).Conclusion Workers in that corporation didn't pay much attention to oral health care, the rate of periodontal disease was increased, and smoking might be an important factor to the prevalence of the periodontal disease.
