摘要
合成了2种双亚胺基吡啶钴系催化剂,以甲苯为溶剂,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,用于催化乙烯齐聚合成线性α-烯烃.探讨了浓度、n(A1)/n(Co)和反应温度等因素对催化活性和齐聚产物组成的影响情况,得到了一些有价值的规律.
Two kinds of cobalt-based catalysts bearing 2,6-bis (imino) pyridyl ligands were prepared. Ethyleneoli-gomerizations were carried out by using both catalysts respectively activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO). The high activity of 2.5×106 g/ (mol·h) for catalyst 1 were obtained under the conditions of employing toluene as solvent, the reaction temperature of 10℃ and a ethylene pressure of 0.1 MPa. However, the high activity of 1.9×106 g/ (mol·h) for catalyst 2 were obtained at 10℃. The effects of the concentrations, the molar ratio of Aluminum to cobalt, and reaction temperature on the catalytic activity and the distribution of α-olefins were investigated.
