摘要
宫炎清为甲酚磺酸与甲醛的缩合产物.本品采用混合甲酚为原料,经硫酸磺化,然后再与甲醛缩合而成.抗菌试验证明,宫炎清对大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性链球菌、变形杆菌等有较好的抗菌作用。对奶牛急慢性子宫内膜炎有较满意的治疗效果.经分析测定,本品质量稳定;毒副作用较小,小白鼠1次经口内服LD_(50)为698.2mg/kg,以4％宫炎清溶液冲洗母兔子宫,对母兔受孕、活产、仔兔出生成活率及子宫组织无不良影响。
'Gong -yan -qing ' is the condensation product of cresolsuifonic acid with formaldehyde. The raw material used for the synthesis was mixed (0- , m- and p- ) cresols. The mixed cresols were sulphonated by sulphuric acid, condensated with formaldehyde, and formed 'Gong -yan -qing '. According to qualitative and quantitative analyses, the quality of 'Gong -yan -qing' was stable. 'Gong -yan-qing' had relatively strong antibacterial effects on Eacherichia coli, Staphylococcus avreus, Pseudomanas aeruginosa, Streptococcus haemolyticus and Proteus sp. Its efficacy for the treatment of acute and chronic endometritis of cows and puerperal endometritis of pigs was satisfactory. Its toxic and side effects were very low. LD50(median lethal dose) values were 698. 2 mg/ kg body weight in mice by oral administration. There were no adverse effects on the pregnancy, parturition . uterus tissue and also the survial rate of newborn rabbits after the uterus of the female animal was rinsed with 4% aqueous solution of 'Gong - yan-qing'.
