摘要
以配制水样为处理对象,对EM(EffectiveMicroorganisms)菌降解有机物的动力学方程进行了研究。结果表明,在基质浓度远大于Monod常数时,EM菌的生长符合零级动力学关系;当基质浓度远小于Monod常数时,EM菌的生长符合一级动力学关系。
The dynamic equations of degradation of organics by EM(effective microorganisms)was studied with prepared water sample as the object of treatment. The results show that growth of effective microorganisms is in accordance with zero-order kinetics when the concentration of substrate is much higher than Monod constant and is in accordance with first-order kinetics when the concentration of substrate is much lower than Monod constant.
