摘要
针对国内PROTOS、PASSIM、长城等主流卷接机组机型,结合风力集中供给与除尘、风力单机供给与集中除尘两种风力供给系统的特性,运用"协同学"原理和"可靠性"理论,对卷接机组的不同风力供给方式的稳定性和可靠性进行了分析,并通过对5家卷烟厂的应用效果对比,验证了该类设备采用多机组集中工艺风力供给方式的合理性。
Aiming at the main types of cigarette and tipping machine combination, PROTOS, PASSIM and GREAT WALL, and combining with the characteristics of centralized air supplying and dusting system and individual air supplying and centralized dusting system, the stabilities and reliabilities of each system were analyzed based on the theory of synergetics and reliability. The rationality of centralized air supplying and dusting system for a group of cigarette making and tipping machine combinations was validated by the application effects in five cigarette factories.
