摘要
烟用丝束吸阻离散性包括滤棒与滤棒的吸阻离散性、包内丝束吸阻离散性和包与包丝束吸阻离散性。求丝束吸阻离散性就是求丝束吸阻的总体方差。总体方差虽是客观存在,但不易求得,只能用样本方差去估计总体方差,并给出总体方差的置信区间,因此烟用丝束吸阻离散性问题应归结为总体方差的点估计和区间估计等数理统计问题。生产中可采用控制图来监控丝束吸阻的离散性。两批丝束的吸阻离散性的估计值不尽相同,但可能有相同的总体方差。
The definition and meaning of draw resistance variability (DRV) of filter tow (FT), the relationship be-tween population variance, as well as its point estimation (PE) , and confidence interval (CI), calculation of PE and CI, and reasons of correction were introduced. The control of the quality of FT by PE and CI of DRV was dis-cussed briefly.
