摘要
贫困是肺结核发病的重要危险因素 ,反过来肺结核病也是农村人口因病致贫的重大疾病之一。文章对山东省 4个县 312名肺结核病人的调查结果表明肺结核病给病人家庭造成了沉重的经济负担 ,低收入家庭的肺结核病人经济负担尤其严重 ;在结防所住院治疗和未住院治疗的病人医药费用相差悬殊。
Poverty is a risky factor of Tuberculosis, and vice versa. We investigated 312 TB patients in four counties in rural Shandong Province. The findings indicated that tuberculosis patients suffered greatly from heavy economic burden caused by tuberculosis, especially those with low income. Medical expenditures of the inpatients are much more than those of outpatients.
