摘要
该文提出了以苯或甲苯为溶剂,用吡啶吸收氯化氢,由五氯酚和POCl_3反应合成磷酸三(五氯苯)酯的合成路线,经实验发现了影响反应的因素,反应的得率可达到80%。用涂层法测定阻燃效果,显示磷酸三(五氯苯)酯是一种较好的新型阻燃剂。
A new synthesis method of tris (pentachlorophenyl)phosphate from pentachlorophenol and POCl_3 is proposed, which usesbenzene or toluene as solvent and pyridine to absorb HCl. The yieldreached 80%. The factors which influence the reaction were studied.The flame retarding effect was tested by coating method. It showedtris (pentachlorophenyl) phosphate is a new good flame retardant.
