摘要
采用减压蒸馏法、活性炭吸附法、澄清剂法对竹醋液原液进行精制,并采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对竹醋液原液和3种精制竹醋液组分进行分析比较。结果表明:采用减压蒸馏法精制竹醋液效果最好,活性炭吸附法效果次之,而澄清剂法效果较差;竹醋液是一种成分较复杂的混合物,其主要成分是水,其次是有机酸,醛类,醇类等物质;竹醋液的组分含量因精制方法不同而会引起成分的变化。
Original bamboo vinegar is refined by decompression distillation, active carbon adsorption and clarifying. The Original bamboo vinegar and three refined ones are compared using gas chromatogram-proton instrument (GC-MS). The results show that the best one is refined by decompression distillation, and the second is active carbon adsorption, and the worst is clarifying. The composition of bamboo vinegar is much. The composition is different because of different technique.
