摘要
颈静脉“弹丸”式注射９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ，应用放射性核素肾动态显像技术研究大鼠肾脏滤过功能，以０．５～１．５ｍｉｎ摄取率为指标，雌鼠总肾摄取率为１３；１９±０．７８；雄鼠总肾摄取率为１１．９１±０．６７。雌雄鼠无明显差异（Ｐ＞０，０５）。结果表明此方法准确，可行。
at renal filtration function was studied using
radio- active dynamic renography after rapidjugular venous injection of99m Tc-DTDA. The total
renal uptake is l3. 19±0. 78 for female and 16. 91±0.67 for male when 0.5～1. 5 min uptake
rate is used as a criterion. There isn’t differencybetween male and female rats(P>0. 05).
results indicate that this method is accurate and pratica-ble.
