摘要
目的 研究尿毒净液对 5 /6肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型的疗效及其作用机制。方法 取 30只大鼠建立 5 /6肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型 ,随机分为尿毒净液组、洛丁新组和对照组 ,观察 12周内尿毒净液和洛丁新对尿素氮、肌酐、肌酐清除率、2 4h尿蛋白定量的影响。结果 尿毒净液组和洛丁新组尿素氮、肌酐浓度明显低于对照组 ,肌酐清除率高于对照组 ,尿蛋白量低于对照组 ,且尿毒净液效果优于洛丁新。结论 尿毒净液能改善 5 /6肾切除大鼠的肾功能。
Objective It is to study the curative effect and the action of Urea Nitrogen Cleaning Fluid (UNCF) on chronic kidney function disabled model rats with 5/6 kidney excision.Methods Chronic kidney function disabled model rats with 5/6 kidney excision were made. All the rats were randomly divided into UNCF group, Lotensin group and control group. The effects of UNCF and Lotensin on urea nitrogen, muscle anhydride, muscle anhydride clearance rate and 24 h urine protein quantify within 12 weeks were observed.Results The concentration of urea nitrogen and muscle anhydride and the urine protein quantify in UNCF group and Lotensin group were obviously lower and the muscle anhydride clearance rate was higher than those in control group. The effect of UNCF was better than that of Lotensin.Conclusion UNCF can improve the kidney function of rats with 5/6 kidney excision.
