基于远程制造的多功能数控接口设计及实现

摘要 为了满足制造信息化和集成化的需求,设计并实现了基于远程制造的可用于多台数控机床数据传输的控制软件.系统基于RS 232C标准化接口和Windows2000、Windows98操作系统,以VB作为开发工具,采用C/S结构并可选择多种通讯参数传输,从而达到面向多台机床进行远程控制的要求.实验结果表明:设计机床数据通信软件具有相兼容性,针对多种型号数控机床数据传输简洁、快速可靠,传输效率可提高30%以上. As the development of computer science,the communication technologhy and Internet,the cost of tele-manufactoring will be lower.According to the requirement of the informationization and integration,a tele-manufacturing based software system that can be used to transfer data to more than one machine is designed and realized.It is based on industrial PC and Windows2000、Windows98 Operating system.Using the Development tool VB6.0 and the architecture of C/S the system provides the way to achieve tele-manufactoring. The system uses the electronic industrial RS232 and the user selects muti-parameters to transfer the data.So the system can be used for several different NC machines.The experiments results show that: this system for data communication is compact and fast with good compatibility.The transmission efficiency can be improved more than 30%.
