摘要
介绍了由抚顺石油化工研究院开发、用于上流式反应器的渣油加氢催化剂FZC 10U和FZC 11U在胜利炼油厂渣油加氢装置上首次工业应用的情况。该催化剂具有大孔体积、大孔径等特点。通过 1年多的生产运行表明 ,该催化剂虽然反应初期活性较高 ,但运行周期的整体性能和稳定性仍然较好 ,已基本达到同类进口剂的水平。
The first time commercial application of the hydrotreating catalyst series for up-flow reactor developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical was introduced. The new domestic made catalyst was characterized by large pore volume and large pore diameter. More than one year running showed that although the said catalyst had high activity in the start of running, but its performance and stability in the whole running cycle was good, which reached the advanced level of the same type catalyst abroad.
