摘要
给出并证明了外平面图的两个结构性质：（１）Δ≥５时，存在一个最小面，至多关联于一个Δ度点；（２）Δ＝４且每个最小面均关联两个４度点时，存在闭内部面。作为性质的应用，更简捷的证明了非奇圈的外平面图为第一类图。
Put forward and proved two structural properties of outerplane graph:(1)When Δ5,there of Δ degree; (2)When is exist a winwimum face and af wost incidenf with one verfen Δ=4 and each minimum face are incident with two vertices of 4 degrees, there is exist a close inside face, and outerplame graph of non-odd cycle is first kind of graphs.
