摘要提出了一种根据显示设置来判断是否是中文系统的方法，并在此基础上改善了能在各种系统下实现中西文字符串显示输出的性能及兼容性． In this paper,according to the display setting a method is given, which can judge whether or not the computer system in Chinese system.Based on this method,the performance and compatibility of Chinese and Western character string display output which can be achieved in various operating systems are improved.
