摘要
本文以新世纪的知识经济、素质教育和人才竞争的国际化为背景 ,以我国高校德育工作现状为基础 ,以系统工程管理为原理 ,对高校德育系统工程的内涵特征、构成进行研究探讨 。
Based on the analyses of current situation, this thesis studies the characteristics and structures of moral education in colleges and universities. It suggests that moral education should adopt effective strategies guided by the principle of systems engineering administration in accordance to the globalization of intellectual economy, quality education and competition of talents.
