银杏嫩枝扦插研究

摘要 报导了不同基质和不同药剂浓度(G_y)对银杏扦插生根成活的影响。其中以2100ppmG,最佳,1500pm 次之,基质以砂土较好,最优处理组合是砂土+2100pmG_y,移栽时用100ppmNAA+助剂 B 能显著提高移栽成活率,还对扦插生根、成活及移栽成活进行了讨论。 Influences of different media and chemical concentrations(G_y) on root growth and survive rate of ginkgo (Ginkgl biloba Linn.) cutting were reported.1500ppm G_y and 2100ppm G_y were the better and best,respectively.It is beneficial to make the seedling bed with sandy soil.The best combination was sandy soil+2100ppm G_y.The survive rate of the cutting seedlings transplanted was obviously increased as soaked with 100 ppm NAA+auxiliary B when their transplanting.The root growth and survival of cutting and transplanting were discussed as well.
