摘要
高校学报须从编辑意识与编辑理念上,管理机制上,学术品牌上,办刊内容上,目标取向上进行根本创新;核心期刊整合须从主体功能上,政策导向上,筛选与评审、界定上,祛除学术界食洋不化的陋习与清除唯科学主义的流弊上,整治学术腐败与根除急功近利的短期行为上进行有效整合。高校学报与核心期刊必须融和,互动,优势互补。
Journals of higher colleges must be innovated in the following aspects: editing awareness and ideas; the management system; the academic brands; the contents; the choice of objects. The combination of the core journals should focus on the fields such as the function; the policy; the article selection and evaluation; eradicating academic corruption and instant success and quick profit. The journals of higher colleges and the core journals must be combined and complemented with each other.
