摘要
记述了采自西北地区蝗虫四新种,即神本雏蝗Chorthippus shenmuensis sp. n.,布克萨尔束颈蝗Sphingonotus hoboksarenses sp. n.,阿勒泰束颈蝗Sphingonotus altayensis sp. n.及黑边皱膝蝗Angaracris nigrirrvarginis sp.n。

This species is very sinilar in apperance to Chorthippus rufitibis Zheng .but separated by the lengin of ioveoia larger than widrh abotn 3 umes; the niaxiuunn wtdih beiwtrn lateral keels of pronoturn larger liian us mirnmtjrn width about 1- 77 times; meiaxona of pronorum as long as pro/.ona; elytra narrow and long, us length iaiger than width about 4. 3 lintes.

Closely allied to SphinKtmotus niriffsianus Zheng et Gow, distinguishable by the following characters: (l)Body robust and stout; (2) the length of elytra larger than width about 5- 7 times; (3)elytra reaching 2/3 of hind tibia; (4)wings wide triangular: (5)inr>er side of hind femur with a large black stripe; (6)hind tibia reddish. - yellow.
Length of body: 24 mm; length of Pronottim- 4- 5 mm; length of elytra: - 23 mm: length of hind femur; - 11 mm.
Holotype -, Xinjiang; Hoboksar, 1200 m, 86.1'E. 469'N.

Sphinpttnotits altcyeiisis sp. nov. (figs. 8-10).
Closely allied to SphinfHmutus yunnanus Uv. and Sphmsmofas knshrmrensis Uv. It differs from both by the following characters; (1 )size smaller; (2)posterior lower angle of the lateral lobe of pronotum weakly attenuated; (3)elytra narrow and long, its length larger than width about 7 times; (4)wing narrow triangular; (5)ventral basivalvular p'ale \vjih small pellets. It differs from the former in: (1)metazona of pronoturn larger than prow.ma about 2 times; (2)in-ner side of hind femur black, with light color pregenicu'lar ring; (3)hind tibia bluish. It differs from, the latter in: (I )hind tibia bluish, without dark stripe; (2)d,irk stripe of wing narrow.
Length of body: 21 mm; length of oronotum: - 5 mm; length of elytra; 2.1 mm; length of hind femur: -10 mm.

Anpcaracrh nigrimargmis sp. nov. (figs. 11-02)
This new scenes is allied to Angaracris rh/x-lopa (F. W, .), bui difft;rs in: (I) out margin of wing black; (2)hind fernur without a dark transverse strinc af ihe tipoer and inner sides near the knee: (3)inner kneelobe yellow brown; (4)basal pan of hind tibia brown.
Length of bodv: - 32 mm: length of Dro.noMirri: 7 rnm: length of elytra: 28 mm; length of hind femur ; 16 rnm.
