摘要
通过对一些元素的测定,研究了辉光放电阴极溅射、脉冲与瞬变原子化/原子吸收光谱技术的分析性能。主要是影响元素特征量的因素,分析校正曲线的线性范围、基体干扰及消除方法等。同石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAAS)比较,此技术除具有灵敏度高,无记忆效应等特点外,还具有一些独特的分析性能,使GFAAS无法测定的元素有了分析的可能。
The analytical performances on the technique of cathodic sputtering in a glow discharge for atomic absorption spectrometry having the pulsed and the transient modes of atomiza-tion,such as,the factors influencing characteristic mass,the linear ranges of analytical calibration curves, matrix interferences and removal methods, etc. have been investigated in this paper. In comparson with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), the technique had advantages of high sensitivity, no memory effect and some particular analytical performances. It will become possible to analyze the elements that GFAAS can not determine.
